General Membership Functions

The Greater Pershing Partnership hosts General Membership events bi-monthly. These events have historically been luncheons, however, in response to membership requests we are rotating between luncheons and evening gatherings. Our first evening event will be held November 14, 2007 and will involve the review of existing programs and activities of the Partnership.

The September 2007 membership luncheon was hosted by Pershing County School District and members were informed about school district programs and policies, the two new administrators for Lovelock/Imlay Elementary School and Pershing County Middle School discussed their goals for the new school year.

The March 2007 membership luncheon was hosted by Lovelock Corrrectional Center. Members present toured the facility and learned about security and composition of this medium security institution.

In January 2007, members enjoyed our annual Year in Review program with special member awards.
